The Hardness setting for the Eraser is not available in your My Settings image in Step 4.  That option is important in this kind of task for me.  Reset to default then make your settings.  Choosing a brush tip disables it in PSPX.

Wow, that's a nice easy way to do that. I've used a similar technique, not quite as pronounced on the blur, for photos that have distracting or unwanted objects in the background.

Hi,

this is a spectacular effect.

I can't find the radial blur filter (step 1 - Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur).

Is it unavailable in this version, or am I who's Mr. Magoo !?

Can U give me a hand here?

The Radial Blur was introduced in version 9.
