Blurred Texture
Tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 7. The methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro 5, 6, 8, 9 and Paint Shop Pro X.

| 1 Open an existing image.
|
| 2 Apply Motion Blur Filter (Effects>Blur>Motion Blur), Angle=90 Intensity=40 pixels Repeat this procedure by pressing CTRL+Y 2 to 5 times. Then, apply Edge Enhancement filter (Effects>Edge>Enhance More).
