Metallic Wire 1

Tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 7. The methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro 8, 9 and 10.

1 Start a new 300x200 pixels, 16 million colors and white background image.

Pick the Drawing Tool and set foreground color to White. Draw a Point-to-Point line as shown in Figure 1.

Note: Please refer to Fun-Lines tutorial if you need help in doing this.

2 Pick the Text Tool and follow the Fill Style Settings as shown.

Place the text cursor over the line. The cursor will turn into a symbol which represents Vector Text on a path (See Figure 2).

Left click and this will bring out the text dialogue box.
