5 Follow these settings under the Text Dialogue box,
Font = Eklektic-Normal
Size = 18
Floating and Anti-alias are enabled
Text = "IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII" (letter I)

Hit Ok and you should have a wire looking image as shown in Figure 4.

Note for Paint Shop Pro 9 Users:
You will have to create the text as Vector. Then, Convert Text to Curves > As Character Shapes under the Objects menu. Thanks to davidlee for this tip!

| 6 Place a copy of the text selection into your clipboard [CTRL+C]. Start a new image, then paste the clipboard content by pressing [CTRL+E]. While selection is active, apply a drop shadow (Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow).
Drop Shadow Settings:
Vertical and Horizontal Offset = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Shadow Color = Black
Again, apply another Drop Shadow filter only this time,
Vertical Offset = 4
Horizontal Offset = -2
