Scan Lines

Tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 7. The methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro 8, 9 and 10.

1 Open an existing picture.

 

 
2  To create a vertical scan lines effect,  apply Blinds Filter (Effects >Texture Effects>Blinds)  on the original image using the settings below.

Width = 0   Opacity = 40    Color = Black   Horizontal = Not Checked    Light From Left/Top = Checked
