Scan Lines
3 To create a horizontal scan lines effect,  apply Blinds Filter (Effects >Texture Effects>Blinds)  on the original image using the settings below.

Width = 0   Opacity = 40    Color = Black   Horizontal = Checked    Light From Left/Top = Checked

 

 
4  To create a circular scan lines effect,  apply a Sunburst Floodfill on the original mage using the settings below.
