The Photo Within
Tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 7. The methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro 8, 9 and Paint Shop Pro X.

1 Open an existing picture.
|
2 Add new raster layer ( Layers > New Raster Layer ). Create a Rectangular selection  (S) on your main object (Feather=0 Antialias=off) then Floodfill (F)  your current selection with solid white color.

3 Use Deformation tool (D)  to rotate the current object to a degree of your desire, mine is like 110%.
