| 7 Make the background layer your active layer (Ctrl+1). Apply Colorize Filter (Shift+L) Hue = 0 Saturation = 0. Blur the background a bit (Effects>Blur>Blur). Apply Sephia filter (Effects>Artistic Effects>Sepia Filter) afterwards.
Now, invert selection selection again by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I. Sharpen image (Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen). Finally, apply Drop Shadow Filter (Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow).
