Tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 9. The methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro X.

1 Open an existing picture.

 

 
2  Pick the Warp Brush tool and use the following settings:

Now, drag your Warp Brush on both cheeks following the direction of the arrows.
