| 3 Invert selection by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I. Then, apply Colorize Filter (Shift+L). Colorize Settings used on this example are hue=0 saturation=0. You can optionally adjust the brightness/contrast of the current selection.
Sunburst filter applied; Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst.
Sunburst Settings, Color = White Brightness = 77 Horizontal = 73 Vertical = 0 Density = 0 Brightness = 43 Circle Brightness = 95.
