| 1 Open an existing picture. I will be using the example image below on this tutorial.

| 2 Duplicate background layer (Layers > Duplicate). Apply Radial Blur filter (Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur) -- center the cross on your main object and follow the settings below. Note that Blur strength may vary.
