7 Apply Inner Bevel Filter (Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel) on the current text selection using the settings below:

 

 
8  Deselect all selection by pressing CTRL+D.  Make the "Flame" layer the active layer.  Then, apply the Ripple Filter (Effects>Distortion Effects>Ripple).

Ripple Settings:

And finally, decrease Flame Layers opacity to 20.
