4 Add adjustment curve layer (Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Curves) and follow the settings below:

 

Add another Adjustment Curve Layer (Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Curves) using the settings below:

 

 
5  Add a new raster layer (Layers>New Raster Layer) and Floodfill   current layer with solid yellow #ffff00.  Change layer's blend mode to Multiply (Layers>Properties>Blend Mode).
