Rust & Scratches

 
4 Press CTRL+A and click your mouse anywhere on the image. This will create a text selection.  Apply Brush Strokes Filter ( Effects > Art Media Effects > Brush Strokes ).

5 Apply Inner Bevel Filter ( Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel )

6 Deselect selection by pressing CTRL+D.   Re-apply MuRa's Cloud Filter ( Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Cloud ).  Load the Rust Preset and click on the Source Base three times.

Make a selection on your text. Press Ctrl+A and click your mouse anywhere on the image.  Sharpen your image ( Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen ).  Apply a drop shadow ( Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow ).
