	1 Start by making a 200x200 pixels, 16 million colors image. Set foreground color to White and background to Black
	2 Fill your image with Sunburst Gradient Fill Settings: Fill Style = Sunburst Gradient Blend Mode = Normal Paper Texture = None Match Mode = None Under the Flood Fill Options Tab Gradient = Foreground-Background Repeats = 0 Horizontal and Vertical Gradient = 70
	3 Apply a Mosaic-Glass Filter (Image>Effects>Mosaic Glass) and follow the same settings as shown below:
